SoS Youth Village (Male) and Interior FC (Female), on Saturday September 22, 2007 clinched the 2007 Peace Games trophies.

The Games organised by SoS Children Village in collaboration with the United Nations, FIFA and GFA, aim at fostering relationship among youths in the country.

The game, which featured seven teams. was played at the Serekunda East Mini Stadium.

In a well contested finals, SoS Youth Village defeated Bakoteh Estate on penalty kicks after a goalless draw while Interior beat Company Ten 2-0 to claim the female trophy.

At the end of the games Winners were awarded trophy, T-shirts, medals and football while the runner-ups went home with medals, Footballs and T-shirts.

The games were attended by the Secretary of State for Youth and Sports, Mass Axi Gye, GFA President Seedy MB Kinteh and other dignitaries.
