Guaranty Trust Bank - Gambia Ltd, one of the leading institutions in the country’s booming financial sector, has appointed five (5) sub-agents for its Western Union transactions. As customers of GTB, Sanusi stated, these institutions would enjoy certain benefits, among them staff training at no cost, as well as other customer-banker relations benefits not neccessarily fit for open discussion. He futher urged the new partners to feel free in expressing their concerns with the GTB management whenever they have problems.
Peter Sajor, the group head of settlement, GTB, thanked the newcomers for the confidence bestowed on the GTB. He assured them of the bank’s unflinching support in both technical and operational forms. He concluded by challenging them to initiate and promote other products.
