A well-known Belgium-based music impresario, Michael Jones, is currently working round the clock on the modalities of establishing a music school in The Gambia.

Speaking to this paper, Mr. Jones explained that the purpose of establishing the centre is to train wannabe artists on how to play musical instruments. He added that the centre would also give training on African music.

"If all goes according to plan The Gambia would soon have a full-fledge music school. We have already brought into the country different musical gadgets and we have also built a state-of-the-art studio in Brikama," said the talented music promoter and producer.
