Veteran Football Club Gets New Executive

The Gambia Veteran Football club (GVFC), on June 3rd, 2007 elected a 15 man new executive committee to run and coordinate the affair of the Association.

GVFC was established in 1993 with the aim and objective of promoting Football in The Gambia as well as recruit and train young talented Gambian players.

Speaking in an interview with Pointsport, the newly elected president, Kebba Njie alias Master thanked the outgoing executive for their timeless effort to maintain GVFC alive.


"The club is incorporated with The Gambia Football Association and will continue to work hand and hand will all sports stakeholders in order to promote and contribute our quarter in the development of Football in the country," Mr. Kebba Njie said.
