Mr. Modou Lamin Sanneh, a 34 year-old man residing in Bundung, has been suffering from elephantiasis for 25 years and has a severely swollen left foot. He is seeking assistance from anyone who can help pay for his medical treatment. Through the help of friends, Mr. Sanneh raised 295 pounds to travel and have his condition assessed. The doctors at St George’sHospital are now happy that he does require surgery in the UK but will not carry it out until his bill has been paid.
