Alleged Burglar in CourtMonday, July 13, 2009
One Lamin Touray, a resident of Bakoteh was recently arraigned at the Bundung Magistrates’ Court before Principal Magistrate Kayode charged with house breaking. The alleged offence revealed that, the accused Lamin Touray on the 24th June 2009 broke into the house of one Moses Njie with intent to steal therein. Meanwhile, when the charge sheet was read to him, he pleaded not guilty. He was granted a court bail in the sum of D10, 000 with one Gambian surety. Officer 752 Sarr was the prosecutor.
