Armed Forces Are New Leaders in 2nd Division Female LeagueFriday, June 05, 2009 Armed Forces has mauled bottom place Jeshwang United five-nil, in a game that appeared unevenly contested to ease pass The engaging-match showcases the round up of first round games of 2008\09 GFA’s second division female league championship, played at the Independence Stadium in Bakau last Sunday. The win was Armed Force’s second in two consecutive games. The new leaders earlier in their week four fixtures, defeated second from bottom place Future -BI by 3-nil to go on top of the female second division league on 9 points. They shared the same points with second place City Girls, who collected 7 points from 5 games, are occupying the third spot while Future BI and Jeshwang United are rooted at the bottom of the table with 1 and 2 points, respectively.
