Complainant Testifies in CourtFriday, July 10, 2009 Pateh Fullah Jallow, a resident of Bundung last Monday testified before Magistrate Kumba Sillah-Camara of the Bundung Magistrates’ Court. In his testimony, prosecution first witness Pateh Jallow, told the court that in 2007, he was coming from the Tallinding garage going home when he met with the accused Dawda Ceesay who begged him some money to buy bread. According to him, the accused said he was coming from Mr. Jallow said, the following day the accused came back to him and told him that God said let him give out one kilo of meat as charity. He said within few days later, he went with the accused friend to the bush were they met the accused holding a beast saying greetings in Islam. He adduced that the accused told them to pray for those who are at the bush so that they can give them some money. He said the following day they went with the accused to the bush again and those people who were at the bush told them that what they have pray for they cannot get because it is very hot.
