Magistrate Fred Foster of the Brikama Magistrates’ Court is expected to deliver judgment on the defilement case following the accused Samba Trawally’s guilty plea to the charge.

According to the particulars of the offence, the accused Samba Trawally in the month of March this year at Brikama Gidda unlawfully had carnal knowledge of a 15 year-old girl.

The police prosecutor narrated the facts of the case following the accused person’s own plea of guilty to the offence and the case was adjourned to a later date for judgement.
