One Egoze Ebowe,was on the 7th August 2009, arraigned before Principal Magistrate Olajabutu Kayode of the Bundung Magistrates’ Court charged with disobedience to a lawful order.

According to the offence, the accused Egoze Ebowe in the year 2008 in the Kanifing Municipality operated a business in the name of Total Success and was ordered by the Department of State for Health and Social Welfare to stop. He is said to have disobeyed such order and operated unlawfully.

He pleaded not guilty to the charge.

He was granted court bail in the sum of D10, 000 with two responsible Gambians as sureties.
