Principal Magistrate Kayode of the Bundung Magistrates’ Court recently granted a court bail to one Ebrima Gomez, after pleading not guilty to a charge of threatening to kill one Ndey Fatou Nyang with a bottle.

He was granted court bail in the sum of D4,000, with a Gambian surety.

According to the particulars of the offence, the accused Ebrima Gomez, on 20th July 2009, at Kololi wilfully armed with a bottle, and thereby threatened to kill one Ndey fatou Nyang.

The case was adjourned to 8th August 2009.
