MRI Result To Be Known On Wednesday-U-17 Coach

The fate of The Gambia’s National U-17 players who left the country to undergo a magnetic resonance imaging test, commonly called MRI would be known on Wednesday, Pointsport quoted the team’s Head Coach Tarik Siagy as saying at the Independence Stadium yesterday evening.

All the 40 players of the U-17 team, according to Tarik who is the first foreign Coach to win the Africa’s most prestigious trophy on a foreign soil with the U-17 were successfully tested on their hands, including three other players who are currently undergoing trials in Europe.

The proposed overseas training camp in the U.K, Tarik added, is still hanging in the balance, though he expressed hope that the team will soon leave the country for their overseas training camp.
