A 48-year-old environmental development volunteer is seeking assistance as he needs urgent overseas medical treatment.
Seeku Janko, a native of Kafuta, Kombo East, sustained a serious bone fracture on his left leg after he was involved in an accident while driving a motor bike in 2002. The fracture has now led to a chronic bone disease. According to a medical report from the Royal Victoria Teaching Hospital, Janko presently has chronic osteomylitis that needs to be operated on but should be undertaken only after careful planning and identification of sequester and intraosseous obscess.
The report recommended that Mr Janko’s leg should undergo a computed tomography study and also a tomography and sinograms study. This type of treatment, the report indicated, is not possible in the country.
Anyone willing to help Janko can contact him on 9811797/7370775 or
