The 5th edition of the National Inter-departmental Football Association (NIFA) will hold a general meeting today Thursday January 11th, 2007.

Representatives of the institutions that are expecting to register for this year’s championship would attend the meeting.

According to Kalilu Bayo, second vice president of NIFA, the meeting is intending to brief the various institutions about this year’s tournament and also elaborate on the proposed visit of their Senegalese counterparts to the Gambia.

He added that the meeting would be held at the Gamstar House in Banjul.

It could be noted that Gamtel are the current titleholders.
