The staff of Kuntaur Agricultural Station embarked on a cleaning exercise at the premises recently.

Speaking to our reporter Mr. Lang K Kinteh, the Regional Agricultural Coordinator spoke at length of the importance of cleanliness, which he said, is next to Godliness.

Mr. Kinteh continued saying that the exercise is a response to President Jammeh’s call for a clean nation. He added that Kuntaur is full of mosquitoes and snakes because these organisms breed in bushy areas.

Kebba Jammeh, Principal Crop Officer for NADA in CRR North, also highlighted the importance of a clean environment for healthy living. In conclusion he commended his crew for their participation.
