Slok Air International holds 3 day seminar

Slok Air International, in collaboration with West African Insurance Institute, recently organised a three- day training seminar on customer care service delivery at the Baobab Holiday Resort in Bijilo.

The training brought together participants from Gambia International Airline, Customs and Excise Department, Gambia Civil Aviation Authority and Slok Air. It aimed at equipping participants with the requisite knowledge and skills on customer care services.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Alhaji Abdulkareem Idris, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Slok Air International, stressed the importance of the training, noting that it will help participants to deliver better services to their esteemed customers. Mr. Idris assured that they will continue to build the capacity of their staff with a view to ensure quality service delivery.

He then used the occasion to commend President Yahya Jammeh for the remarkable and tremendous efforts towards the development of the country.

Experts, including Dr Prince Mike Ikupolati, Director-General of West African Insurance Institute, presented papers during the three-day training.
