The Defence Counsel, Buba Jawo, told the court that his clients were under police bail, stressing that the bail condition should still be considered.
Sub-inspector Jammeh told the court that he had no objection to their bail, as according to him, they were granted police bail, though he did not know what the bail conditions were.
The Presiding Magistrate, Fred Foster, said the police bail was still valid.
He then adjourned the case to 15th September 2009, ordering the prosecution to provide the details of the police bail.
