Access Bank, one of the newest financial institutions in the country, has lately launched an array of innovative packages designed to provide easy, fast and efficient banking services to their teeming clientele.

The vision of the Access brand remains the transformation of the brand into a world-class financial services provider. To enable us achieve this goal as well as other set out goals, we believe that standing and positioning ourselves way ahead of acceptable pace will give the Access train better mileage and also provide platforms to which the goals and objectives of our targeted customers will be achieved.

Being customer centric sets the Access brand apart, that’s why we have chosen to eliminate all sorts of hindrances to cash availability with the Access ATM. Access Bank Gambia has successfully deployed Automated Teller Machines (ATM) and Point of Sale (PoS) Terminals, this is done in partnership with InterSwitch, a leading switching platform with tested first class e-payment solutions.

The Access ATM will enable card holders’ have access to their money at anytime of the day or week, no hindrances whatsoever, it will allow individuals and businesses operate more efficiently. The Access ATM will enable customers pay for goods and services at any merchant location having the Access Bank PoS terminal, it will also enable customers withdraw cash and get online financial balance at any ATM location. Customers will also be able to print mini-statements of their account, transfer funds from one account to another in Access Bank, receive and load cash into the electronic purse/card from other parties or from personal accounts. Conducting businesses with international partners and prospects will be more convenient through the use of the Access VISA and MasterCard international credit cards (soon to be introduced in The Gambia) and any other e-banking services as may be introduced by Access Bank Gambia Limited.

The Access Bank ATM debit card is very secured; it will only work with a Personal Identification Number (PIN) which shall be provided by the customer service personnel at Access Bank Head office on Kairaba Avenue. Access Bank staff are always on ground for enquiries and will be glad to instruct customers on usage and security relating to debit card usage
