This is a story of true love. I can say it was a story of love at first sight. I met Philippe online one day of June in 1999. I think it was a thing of destiny. We chatted that day and that same day we were already in love with each other.

We were in an online relationship for six months before meeting each other in person, finally in December that year he came to Mexico. Since that day we have been a very happy couple. Last summer when I was in the Netherlands, Philippe proposed to me in a very romantic park. We are engaged now and we will get married next summer.

Love doesn’t have barriers and even thought it is very difficult for the two of us to be apart, we know that all this time we are apart will be rewarded in a close future when we finally have our little family.

The Netherlands and Mexico are not apart anymore, there is a bridge of love that puts them together. That bridge is called Mercy and Philippe.
