Ebrima Sambo, a resident of Tallinding was on Tuesday March 6, arraigned before Magistrate Amina-Saho-Ceesay of the Bundung Magistrate’s Court, for charges of stealing.

According to the particulars of the offence, Ebrima Sambo, on 20th December 2006, at Tallinding in the KMC, stole two suitcases containing clothes, valuing D10, 000, being a property of Mariama Colley.

When the charge sheet was read to him, he pleaded not guilty to the charges preferred against him.

He was however granted a court bail in the sum of D10, 000, with two Gambian sureties. Magistrate Amina-Saho-Ceesay adjourned the case to Wednesday March 21.
