I was between relationships, and tired of the Single life. I still had my Best Friend with me, but I wanted to find someone who was willing to spend his life with me.

One night I got into a chat room and clued in a guy named "Bear-a-medic". You see, I am an avid teddy bear collector myself, and my chat name is "Jody bear". I quietly viewed his profile and thought this is the kind of guy I want to meet. Bear-a-medic seemed interested in making a connection with me as well. I gave him my add at work, and there was a nice message with big hugs.

One big obstacle I lived in Los Angeles, and he lived in Vancouver, BC! We continued to chat for a few days, and then I asked for his phone number. He has such a SEXY VOICE, eh!!!

He is so cute and so coy. He is just like a big teddy bear, and just loves working as a Paramedic. We really hit it off.

We took turns flying north and flying south. Expensive, but our hearts were in it!!! One time he came down, and my 79 yr old mother asked him to go hiking with her, and he DID. This put him HIGH UP in her esteem. The following day, he got down on his knees and asked Mom for her permission for my hand in marriage. (Even though we are both in our 40s)

We have been through a lot, but our love is strong. He is my Bobbie Bear, My Companion, and my Love for Life.
