Police Seize Paris Hilton's $190,000 Bentley

Socialite Paris Hilton's Bentley car has been seized by police after she was caught driving on a suspended license. The hotel heiress, 26, was pulled over on Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood at 11 p.m. on Tuesday night for driving without headlights.

Upon further investigation, cops discovered Hilton's license had been suspended following her sentencing in January for alcohol-related reckless driving stemming from a September arrest. Police then impounded her $190,000 vehicle and prosecutors are seeking to have her probation revoked.

A spokesman for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department says, "Miss Paris Hilton was driving the vehicle. After investigating her license status it was determined that she was driving on a suspended license. Miss Hilton was cited for a suspended license violation and released in the field. Her 2007 blue Bentley Continental GTC was impounded."

Hilton's spokesman Elliott Mintz claims the socialite was unaware of her probation terms, saying, "I don't believe Paris knew whether or not she was allowed to drive. I don't know if that information had been clearly communicated to her."
