Former Destiny's Child star Kelly Rowland is hoping the fourth time's the charm with her new album "Ms. Kelly" after three unofficial releases failed to materialize. The album was initially slated to hit stores last summer, but manager Mathew Knowles insisted he needed more time to "set up the project."
The project will eventually be released almost a year later, in June. Rowland has already been given a major musical boost - the album's first single, "Like This," features rapper Eve.
