Cricket Coaching Clinic for Female Teachers

The Gambia Cricket Association will hold a four-day cricket clinic course for female Physical Education Teachers from both Upper Basic and Senior Secondary Schools in Region One  today at the July 22nd Square.

Johnny Gomez, Vice president of the Gambia Cricket Association speaking to Pointsports disclosed that the objective of the course is to introduce the basic knowledge in Cricket especially bowling, batting among others.

He added that the clinic would give the opportunity to the teachers to educate the female students about the game.

He added that there will be another coaching training for female students on the 7th of June in which 14 schools from Region One Upper Basic and Senior Secondary Schools have been invited to participate.
