Mbye Nder & Setsima Group in Banjul for Weekend Jam

Senegalese ace mbalax exponent Alieu Mbye Nderr alongside his star-studded Setsima Group will storm Banjul today for a weekend musical splash, courtesy of Banjul Breweries. Mbye Nder to be accompanied by a bevy of entertainers is poised to give music aficionados, particularly his die-hard fans in the Smiling Coast a treat of a lifetime. The Senegalese mega star is billed to perform live today Friday 31st August at the Brikama Jokor and on Saturday and on Sunday (1st and 2nd September) Nder will take centre at the spacious Teranga Beach Club in Kololi. According to Mabou Touray, one of the brains behind the event, they have concluded all protocols to give Mbye Nder and band a welcome benefiting a king. He added that the show is organized with a view to provide entertainment to music lovers in a bigger, better package. “Nder is ready to thrill music lovers to the maximum. So we are urging all and sundry to attend the three-day concert,” says the music impresario.
Touray further stated that the concert would also feature some topflight local artists. So be there!
