Assan Njai and his band are currently preparing to storm the Smiling Coast of the Gambia.

The three-day concerts are scheduled to take place at the Jokor Brikama, Paradise Suites Hotel in Kololi, and Jokor West Field on the 28, 29 and 30 of November 2008 respectively.

Organized by King DJ Lamin Cham of the Champion Sound Promotions, the main purpose of the event is to raise funds for the traveling Armed Forces team on their road to Kampala. According to the DJ, many Gambian artists will also perform.
