According to the charge sheet, Sulayman Ndure, Baboucarr
Ceesay and Ousman Dibba on
Count 2, states that Ousman Ndure and Muhammed Ceesay in October 2008 at the same company received the said item of goods valued at D315, 226 from Sulayman Ndure and Ousman Dibba.
Baboucarr Ceesay pleaded not guilty as well as Ousman Ndure and Muhammed Ceesay. Sulayman Ndure and Ousman Dibba pleaded guilty.
Defence counsel Tambedou informed the court that they were going to enter into a plea bargaining with the prosecution and would come back to the court for the outcome.
Subsequently, Magistrate Mbacke granted the accused persons bail in the sum of D70,000 each or the provision of a Gambian surety with a landed property whose title deed should be deposited with the Assistant Registrar.
