S/Leonean Awaits Trial for Murder

Abdou Karim Conteh, a Sierra Leonean resident in Gambia, will go on trial soon.

Abdou Karim was lately arraigned before Magistrate Kumba Sillah-Camara at a Magistrates’ Court in the Serekunda suburb of Bundung for ‘committing’ murder.

He’s charged for allegedly killing one Itenuw Umenokonwo, a Nigerian based in Bakoteh.

Abdou Karim could not say whether he was guilty of the offence or not as he was yet to secure an attorney.
