Jonarthan had earlier appeared before magistrate Abdoulie Mbackeh for allegedly assaulting his son but failed to appear in court for three times in a row since granted bail.
According to magistrate Mbackeh, the charge against Jonarthan was a criminal one and must be in court as required. He, therefore, ordered the prosecution to ensure Jonarthan is arrested and brought to court on 15 April to show cause why his bail conditions should not be revoked.
