Prayers

Siua Gafie v.60 states: “And your lord says call on me. I will answer your (prayer) but those who are too arrogant to serve me will surely enter hell abased.”

Allah created and loves man. He always wants man to know that he has a creator, when he is in difficult times (with problems), man should understand that Allah the creator gives and takes from everyone whenever it pleases Him. Whenever Allah wants to give something to man, no one can stop it from coming to you.  On the other hand, whatever he said man should not have, no one can give it to you.  It is stated in Sura Fatir v.2: ‘‘What Allah, out of his mercy doth bestow on mankind none can withhold.  What the doth withhold none can grant.  Apart from him. And he is the exalted in powerful of wisdom.”

Prayers can be answered very easily when you follow the directives of the one you are praying to.  First of all, pray to him to forgive your sins and vow not to do it again.  Sura Tahrim v.8 states. ‘‘O ye who believe! Turn to Allah with sincere repentance in the hope that your lord will remove from you your evil deeds.  And admit you to gardens beneath which rivers flow.’’

Poverty, sickness and diseases in the world today, are created by us, because we did not follow the Prophet’s teachings and where the Almighty directed us.  It is stated in Sura An’am v.44.

‘‘But when they forgot the swarning they had received, we opened to them the gates of all (good) things until, in the midst of their enjoyment of our gifts, on a sudden, we called them to account, when lo!  They were plunged in despair!”

Allah’s justice and punishment is to for man to realize his evil deeds and return to the purity and innocence in which he was created.  Stated in Sura Rum v.41: ‘‘Mischief has appeared on land and sea because of (the meed) that the hands of men have earned, that (Allah) may give them a taste of some of their deeds: in order that they may turn back (from evil).’’

Those who came before us, followed the prophets and Allah’s directives. They were not that many, but all their wishes were granted because of their obedience.

They did not encounter  the problems that we are having now.  There are more praying grounds now and more problems.  It is the same one (Allah) God, the same prophets and books.

On the anthority of Abu Hurairata, the messenger of Allah said,  Allah the almighty is good and accepts only that which is good.  Allah has commanded the faithful to do that which he commanded the messengers, and the almighty has said: “O ye messengers! eat of the good things, and do right.  And Allah the Almighty has said. O ye messengers! Eat of the good things, and do right.” And Allah the almighty has said.O ye who believe! eat of the good things where with we have provided you.” Then he mentioned (the case of) a man who having journeyed far, is dishevelled and dusty and who spreads out his hands to the sky (saying). O lord. O lord while his food is unlawful, his drink unlawful, his clothing unlawful, and he is hourished unlawfully, so how can he be answered.
