Cattle Dealer Gets 2 years

One Njobo Bah was recently convicted and sentenced to a fine of D6000 in default to serve two years imprisonment by the CRR travelling Magistrate Amadou Baldeh.

Mr Bah some time in May this year at Brikamaba received from one Ablie Ndow a cow valued at D7000 knowing or having reason to believe that the cow was stolen or unlawfully obtained.

In another development, one Adama Mballow was also convicted and sentenced to a fine of D5000 in default to serve 12 months imprisonment by the CRR travelling magistrate, Amadou Baldeh.

Mr Mballow was found in unlawful possession of one ram valued at D2500 and two female sheep valued at D4000 knowing or having reason to believe that the same was stolen or unlawfully obtained.
