Theft case suffers setback

The trial of one Saika Jallow who is alleged to have stolen a bicycle could not proceed last Thursday before Magistrate John of the Brikama Magistrates’ Court because the police prosecutor was absent from court.

Mr Jallow was alleged to have stolen at Sanyang village a pedal bicycle valued at D1300 being the property of one Mr Pap Nyang.

He is expected back in court on 28th July.
