Musa Koteh, founder and president of the Gambia Weightlifers and Body Building Association, has revealed that his association’s proposed trip to Kanilai to work on President Jammeh’s farm could not materialise simply because there was no vehicle.

Koteh said the members of his association were billed to travel to Kanilai on Saturday, but added that the long-awaited trip was postponed due to lack of transport.

In an interview with the Daily Observer, Koteh apologized to his colleagues for the postponement of the trip, noting that plans are underway to organize another trip to the President’s farm in Kanilai.
