We used to do many kinds of music including mbalax, afromanding, hip-hop, and hardcore but decided to concentrate on mbalax as it is the most common in Senegambia
Since I started doing music I have traveled with the band to so many places like Holland, Germany, England, France Canada as well as several African countries where we performed," he said.
The young inspirational singer who has earned credit for his versatile skills and melodious voice, observed that artists in Senegambia have been doing well in recent.
"However, in The Gambia, many people love music but they are not willing to invest in it, while in Senegal they have a larger fan base and are investing in it. Again, In the Gambia we lack international promoters who can promote our young stars internationally," he said.

For his part Eba Njie aka Mustic formerly of the Super Cayor Band and now with the New Generation Band as a lead vocalist, said there is need for people and all stakeholders to join hands to develop music internationally.
