I wish to seize this opportunity to thank our Baby Scorpions and their able coach, for the tremendous and wonderful performance they’ve shown out to the whole of Africa, in the CAF U-17 tournament, currently ongoing in Algeria.

I would also want to thank our number one supporter, Professor Alhaji Dr Yahya A.J.J Jammeh and the SoS for Sports, Mr. Sheriff Gomez, the GFA officials, who were behind the team all through, under the leadership of their president and the first vice president, Seedy Kinteh and Major General Langtombong Tamba respectively.

We are all in this and I would add by commending the efforts of the National Scorpions Fans Club and the media houses for their ever-green support to the national teams. Let’s continue to pray and support the boys for more successes and to bring the glory back home. I Hope to see you all very soon at the end of my holiday.
