Brufut Resident In CourtWednesday, September 16, 2009 A resident of Brufut, one Omar Faye recently appeared at the Brikama Magistrates’ Court before Magistrate Fred Foster, charged with criminal trespass, common assault and willful damage to property. He denied the charges. Count one states that, on 25th August 2009, at Count two states that, on the same day, at While count three states that, on 25th August 2009, at Meanwhile, the accused was granted court bail in the sum of D20, 000, with a Gambian surety.
