Busumbala Resident In Court

A Busumbala resident one Ebrima Samba was on Monday 7th September 2009 appeared before Magistrate Fredrick Foster of the Brikama Magistrates’ Court, charged with stealing.

According to the particulars of offence, on 30th August 2009, at Busumbala Village, Kombo North, the accused Ebrima Samba stole one goat valued at D1,000, being the property of one Kumba Jafuneh.

When the charge sheet was read and interpreted to him in the language he claimed to understand he pleaded guilty.

Meanwhile, the case was adjourned to 15th September 2009.
