Monday, December 8, 2008
Unimpeachable sources have disclosed to  the Daily Observer that Dr Tamsir Mbowe, the director of medical services, has been redeployed to the RVTH, as the Chief Medical Director.

Sources further indicated that Dr Mbowe still maintains his position as director general of the presidential medical treatment program.

His move to the RVTH follows the appointment of Dr Mariatou Jallow as secretary of state for health and social welfare who was, until her appointment, the chief medical director at the Royal Victorial Teaching Hospital.

When contacted for comment, Dr Mbowe comfirmed his new assignment.
