Amat Njie, an employee of the Group Four Security Services, was yesterday arraigned before Senior Magistrate Abdoulie Mbacke of the Kanifing Magistrates court.

He was charged with stealing a crate containing bottles of soft drinks (Fanta) from Gambega Company Limited. When the charge sheet was read to him, he pleaded guilty.

Senior Magistrate Abdoulie Mbakeh at that juncture adjourned the case to December 1st for judgment and subsequently sent the accused to remand pending. Inspector Mariama Fatty represented the IGP at the trial.
