Immigration officer’s case adjourned again

The criminal case involving one Modou Manneh, an Immigration officer was yesterday adjourned again by Magistrate Pa Harry Jammeh.

When the case was called, the prosecuting officer Corporal Colley told the court that the file is still at the Attorney General’s Chambers for advise and urged the court to adjourn the case.

It could be recalled that Modou Manneh is alleged to have stolen over a million dalasis from government tax collected at the Yundum Police Station which he denied. The case was adjourned to 24 February for continuation.
