Men In Court For Suspected Stolen Property

Nfanly Fatty and Amadou Camara recently appeared at the Brikama Magistrates’ Court before Magistrate Emmanuel Amadi for being allegedly found with suspected stolen property.

According to the particulars of offence, on 27th September 2009, at Tanji Village, the accused were found in possession of a motor bike suspected to be a stolen property.

When the charge sheet was read and interpreted to them in the language they claimed to understand, they pleaded not guilty.

Meanwhile, the accused persons were remanded in custody, before the case was adjourned to 14th October 2009.
