“My Team Lack Scoring Spirit” – Real Chelsea Coach

The head coach of Real Chelsea FC of Brikama in Western Region, Mr. Yaya Yarboe, has told Pointsports that his player’s lack scoring spirit.

Coach Yarboe said this last Sunday at Brikama Mini stadium shortly after his team was defeated 3-0 by Berewuleng FC during Brikama Youth and Sports Association BYSA 2008-09 Nawettan knock out final. According to Coach Yarboe, his players have lost many chances in scoring against their opponents Berewuleng FC which he attributed to a lack of scoring spirit for his players especially his forwards.

Asked about his next move on his player’s side, Coach Yarboe said his first move would be to develop his team’s scoring chances and he described Sunday’s match as a fair game. He promised that come next Nawettan season his team will lift the BYSA championship trophy.

In another development, the man who scored Berewuleng FC’s three goals, Buba Faye, also spoke to this reporter shortly after the match about his success in scoring all the three goals for his team. Mr. Faye said he trained for it both morning and afternoon. He said he was impressed by his performance in Sunday’s game adding that he has friends but the best friend of his is football.

He finally asserted that last year he played for the national second division and was the leading goal scorer.
