In fact this is not the case as just last year a similar scholarship was offered to one Gambian. Also regarding the ICDF scholarship for the purpose of
clarification, it has been brought to our notice that those applicants working
for the government can apply through PMO while the public can apply through Taiwan ICDF, we learn, is working with over 20 universities
