heavy hearts that we hear and read reports of the Israeli’s war on the people
of The fact that the Palestinians have been enduring a blockade for the last 18 months has left them weakened and without supplies. In this state they are even less able to defend themselves in the face of the Israeli onslaught. It is clear from the way the Israeli’s are bombing everything including schools, hospitals, police stations and government buildings that they intend to crush the people of Palestine and ensure that they can not return to any semblance of a normal, functional life even when they stop raining fire on their heads and killing their children. Reports
reveal that entire families of Palestinians are being killed by these bombs.
This is utterly indefensible. No civilised nation can possibly defend actions
of this kind, it is unbridled savagery. The international community has shown
itself to be sadly wanting in this situation. Inaction on the part of the
community reveals the deeply unfair advantage that CORRIGENDUM
