The independent electoral commission will today start a training course on basic election administration at the Kairaba Beach Hotel.

The ten days training program, which will bring on board stakeholders - including media practitioners, is designed to provide skills and knowledge within the context of democracy and good governance in elections and its process in The Gambia.
