Please, could someone/organisation let me know, through your paper - after the tragic incident, when two young Gambians drowned at Fajara Beach, Sunday 4th January 09 - who was responsible for manning the life guard tower at Fajara Beach.

I would also want to know what times the tower is to be manned. May be if a life guard had been on duty, this tragic incident might not have happened.
