Warriors Handball Club of Bakau in both male and female category has been invited to take part in an international tournament in Saint Louis, Senegal.

According to Malick Jarra, coach of the team, they have been invited by the Handball regional league of Saint Louis.
He added that all the seven regions of Senegal and Warriors Handball of the Gambia would take part in the tournament.

Mr. Jarra pointed out that the tournament would be held in Dagana, a town near Saint Louis, from the 14 to the 15 July, 2007.

“We would leave Banjul today Friday July 13th, 2007 and would be back on Monday July 16th, 2007,” Coach Malick Jarra concluded.
