The Gambia Police Force have been crowned the champions of the Gamstar sponsored national athletic championship organised on Saturday, at the Independence Stadium, Bakau.

The law enforcement agency pulled a massive 291 points to claim the top spot in the inter-service and municipality competition that was spear-headed by the Gambia Athletics Association.

The Gambia Armed Forces emerged second best after pulling 279 points. Immigration department bagged 261 points to finish at third spot while Kanifing Municipal Council finished at the bottom-rock on 7 points.
