Muhamed Cham, a Gambian domiciling in Germany finally bowed down to the sting of love last Sunday when he tied a sweet conjugal bond with Sariba Krubally, a staff member at the Palm Grove Hotel.

The high profile wedding, held at Suso Kunda in Sukuta, was celebrated with much pomp and pageantry, prompting the attendees to describe it the wedding of the year. There was abundant food and drink for everyone; even the glutinous went home with take-ways.
