GNL pays D63,000 to winner Wednesday, July 11, 2007 The Gambia National Lottery (GNL), last Friday, presented a cheque for D63,000 to Yunusa Savage, a resident of Banjul at a ceremony held at the GNL headquarters in Banjul. Mr. Savage was represented by Ms Neneh Jallow. Speaking at the presentation ceremony, Fabakary Jammeh, Marketing Manager of GNL said, the GNL pays more than D150,000 everyday to their customers. Mr. Jammeh said GNL contributes to the socio-economic development of The Gambia by sponsoring youth education and the health sector. He therefore, encouraged customers to continue patronise GNL. The GNL offcials described Yunusa’s cash prize as deversing, saying the winner is one of their loyal customers.
